Join local historian and walk leader Sean Gubbins for a historical walk
round St John at Hackney Churchyard, to discover more about the great
and the good, the rich, famous, infamous and poor whose remains lie
here. Includes a visit to see the monuments in St John at Hackney
Church, and a trip inside St Augustine's Tower. Free but booking
essential as places are limited.

Adrenalin adult class returns to St John at Hackney church
New 6 week term for 2010 starting 15 feb ,taught by Alexandrina Hemsley .
Alexandrina teaches a release-based class which is informed by a firm belief in open and enjoyable movement with an aim towards a joyful and non-judgemental atmosphere.
The focus is on freeing the body to move; using ideas of shifting weight, moving in
and out of the floor with ease and on breath and suspension.
No previous dance experience is required just a willingness to explore the moving body and above all a sense of lightheartedness and fun!
Alexandrina is graduate from Laban centre she currently dances with Dreckly Productions and EDge - the postgraduate company of London Contemporary

Times 7-8:30 hall open from 6:30 for warm up and registration
